BLC19- challenge.

The first half has been a challenge not just for weight loss, but family issues and training for my first marathon.

I have done pretty well these few weeks, could I have done better? Sure there is always room for improvement. But I am happy to report that during the several trips to doctor appointments and hospital visits, and all the other little crisises, I did not over eat and I got in my workouts.

For the follow weeks of the BLC challenge. My goals are to do the best I can.
I will eat right and get in my workouts. I know what needs to be done and I WILL do it! This is a life change not a quick fix.

    Way to stick w/ your plan!
    Exercise can be most useful as an outlet for stress, and you made that happen. Yeah!
