Summer plans & expectations

Today is the first *official* day of summer! Friday was the last day of school & I don't have to go back to work for 3 months!!!! (Well - I do have another job but it's only a couple hours a week.) I am so frustrated with my progress but I know I should be happy. Since my re-re-modified goal was to hit 140 pounds by June 1st, I need to re-re-re-modify that. I wish I could figure out how to copy my weight loss graph & put it in this blog!! I've been on SP for almost 2 years & have lost 26 pounds. I have lost 10 of it in the past year. This is all good but seriously, I love reading blogs where people have lost 100 pounds - it's so inspiring. Some have done it in a year, some take longer. 2 years ago I wanted to lose a total of 40 pounds & am still waiting to pull it off. EERRGG!!! I've been stuck at 154 for 3 months or so.
I'm so grateful to be able to have my summers off. Not only is it great to spend that time with my kids but it opens up the opportunity for better eating & more movement. I *really really really* want to lose 14 pounds this summer. It's ambitious but it's important to me.
I did an hour of Zumba this morning & I'm going to aim for an hour of cardio 5 days a week. I think I hit a plateau when I decreased to 3 days + 2 days strength training. ??
I even entered my breakfast & created some new groupings to make tracking easier. I am committed to making this work.
