Fat Girl In A Yoga Pose

I had a wonderful weekend and awesome b-day. Relaxing and pampering isn’t easy but someone has to do it. I sparked some but I did no fitness minutes. I’m guilty but I’m not beating myself up over it, I just let Killian do it this morning, did I mention how I hate her? Why must she lie so much about the time it takes to complete her videos? I am doing Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (BFBM) and No More Trouble Zones (NMTZ) for my June Month workouts and she states 40 minutes when it is more like an hour.

I almost passed out while patting myself on the back for getting close to the end. What a way to start the day. Starting with BFBM was a smart but torturous way to pay for not working out and being lazy these past few days. Won’t do that again, at least not any time soon. All cardio based with no weights just your body and you feel it right away. This will be a defining workout for my body and I can feel that it will change and change hard, I like that part! She keeps you moving with intensity from start to beginning and even though it was hard, I do not miss Ripped in 30 which sucked so much! I hated that workout, loved the changes it made in me but I hated it. I do not think I will hate Killian as much on BFBM so hopefully my tomorrow workout of NMTZ will be similar in challenging my attitude for the better.

After pounding your body with cardio heart stopping moves, she winds you down with a nice cool down that you are actually thankful for. She closes you out in a cross leg sitting pose which makes you reflect. I reflected on a great birthday, a great year and this awesome workout and my last thought before standing was wow, the fat girl can do a yoga pose with ease now….only gets better from here!

    Sunny- I am 250 something trying to do Killians workouts not to mention having a gut and huge tatas. This is hard in itself but trying to do Killian is a trial not to mention an accomplishment with all the jumping up and down she has you doing. I'm sure your weight burdens you but when its in certain places, its harder. So Ripped in 30 was pure unadulterated torture for me. I initially loved level 1 until level 2 which broke me back down and 3 was nor different and please don't mention level 4 at all. That said- it may be different for you and Meretoni, different body types tend to yeild different results but I can say that I never gave up so I'm proud of that at least! Also a normal warm-up and cool down aren't as intense as Killians so I count those minutes especially when I'm doing legs kicks with toe taps for warm up exercises...chorus line type kicks to be exact...so they matter to ME! emoticon

    Meretoni and I are starting the ripped today. Day 1 was okay but you have me a little worried.
    Great job getting it done and continuing on to the next torture session. I think JM doesn't count the warm ups and cool downs because RI30 is more like 35 minutes and she says it's only 20.

    that would be me....however not sure I can get my legs crossed but than can't say that i have tried! Let me know about those Killian workouts been thinking about adding them to my collection.

    If you like BFBM you will love NMTZ. It is pain, but good pain! After the first 4 circuits you just want to rest but then there is mat work. And each circuit is a different part of the body. I loved those 2 DVDs.. and now i get to do Ripped in30!!! :( I'm scared!!!
