Day 5 & 6 Recap

Saturday:
Calories: 1252 calories
Workout: 20 minute walk, Turbofire Fire Starter
Burn: 508

Sunday:
Calories: 2300 calories
Workout: Ran 7 miles in 1:15:00
Burn: 801 calories

Good thing I burned 800 calories today- holy crap I ate a lot of calories! I did eat a TON of fruit today (541 calories worth). I snacked a lot, was constantly hungry after my run. Was tired and didn’t feel like cleaning the house to keep myself busy which resulted in further snacking. My snacks (besides fruit) were trader joes reduced guilt tortilla chips, some salsa, and crackers and laughing cow cheese, puffins natural peanut butter cereal AND I had one serving of puffed Cheetos. Then when I stopped by my parents today my mom made me a kale/carrot/berry smoothie that I didn’t know the nutrition facts on so I counted it as a 200 calorie catch all! Tomorrow I’m aiming for a 1300 calorie day to recover a little!
