help..sigh

Okay so in my mind i want to get smaller healthier like before was doing really well. But for some reason i just really dont wanna i literly have to make myself do it since im not able to walk or ride my bike (things I enjoy) so watching what i eat and exercise is more of a chore now. I havent really lost anything yet and its very depressing I'm not one for lifting weights or all the upper body workouts (reason why im such a wimp lol) so I'm needing to find something i enjoy that is not what im used to i really cant go swimming much i just got pool ready and it rained then will be in okc for the week. I have goals i made that i want to achieve and its driving me crazy that im not able to get a good start on them i cant do anything that involves moving my right foot for more than 15 mins or my ankle locks up cant move my foot and when i do flex it feels like bone grinding on bone very painful. Im going to be 30 in just a few months really wanted to look alot better by then sigh emoticon anyway im off to talk to hubby online before he goes back to his hotel and goes to bed cant wait for him to be home in july (hoping to be alteast 5 lbs lighter)

    Hi. What about doing short times of dance? I use the Wii "Just Dance" and if my knees are bothering me I'll either not do much with my lower body or sit on an exercise ball and do the arm movements. Have you thought about trying yoga or palates?

    I hope you've been to see a doctor about your foot and it start feeling better soon.
