For the last few days I have felt extremely drained. I haven't tracked any of my food. I have however, still managed to drink alot of water. I have a container that holds 18 cups and I have to fill it up at least twice a day...once in the afternoon and again before bed.
My sleep patterns are strange. I go to bed and when I wake up in the morning, I am ready to tackle my day. As soon as I eat and take my medication, I am ready for bed. Length of time up varies from one to two hours. Good thing though is I am not sleeping as long as I used to during the day. Maybe an hour and a half now instead of three to five as before.
I have tried to assess what I am eating. I normally eat either a bowl of oatmeal or cereal now. If I eat eggs and bacon, it is the same sleepy outcome. If I can by chance stay up and beat the sleep, then it's the same fight with lunch and dinner.
Exercising when I am drained hurts all over. It's like I can't pick myself up or even lift my feet to walk. I have plans during the coming week to address some of these issues but not sure what the results will be.
I welcome any thoughts or suggestions. I don't want to get derailed from my healthy lifestyle change. I have been able to keep some Fast Break goals consistent even with this awful feeling.
