My Saturday!

Saturday, June 02, 2012 I did intervals where I walked for a while then I jogged for a while...Doing intervals are really good for your body, plus I like to switch my workouts up! I like to feel the burn also..I got all my water intakes in, and I ate right(chicken broccoli) my fruit was fresh cherries( I love them) and for dessert(strawberry yogurt) oh I can't forget my green tea ..I also got a chance to enjoy the great outdoors with my family, playing basketball and hiding go to love we are relaxing and watching tv..(basketball game)..I love my life and the people that's in it...Thank You Jesus!

    Intervals are definitely fun - a challenge to push for that higher level and then a relief to ease up and prepare for the next push!
