back again, and again, and again

So the past year has been one of stability. Kept off the weight I lost and a focus on not losing, but just maintaining.

Then, a month ago it all went haywire. My blood sugars shot up, my weight shot up and my energy took a total nosedive!!

I sat down and cried. Then, I took a deep breath and drew up a game plan.
1. back to sparkpeople to track my nutrition, calories and exercise
2. bought a really nice elliptical so I really would exercise
3. made a doctor's appointment.

So far I have progressed on the elliptical, seen the bloodsugars come down a little and lost 1 1/2 inches off my waist.

The best side effect is one of my co-workers has become my workout buddy. She is the small perfect proportioned person, but she has not been exercising. We text each other our times on the elliptical and it really helps the motivation.

I am just so glad to have sparkpeople at my fingertips to get this going again (and again)
