Between a work out sweat and hot flashes - not a damn thing. emoticon

At least when I work out I know I'm sweating for a reason....but the flashes OMG I can be standing completely still and sweat like a pig on the 4th of July.

Oh well count it all joy and keep it pushing emoticon

    Just makes you WONDER and ask WHY do WOMEN HAVE TO GO THROUGH SO MUCH throughout life? ...smh Goodness.
    And I KNOW the biblical thoughts on it was punishment...but it just seems like ONE would suffice. JMO

    I think your on the right track...cause I heard you can lessen the severity of them through a healthy diet.
    Also I read getting Omega 3s in and Primrose supplements can help ease them down too.
    I haven't reached that point in life...yet. I am well on my way though. hehehehe...
    I also hear alot of women pack on +40 lbs. as a result. Don't know HOW they came up with that magic number...NOT looking forward to that EITHER. lol

    Hi there!! Wow that sounds HOT! I never have/had hot flashes. I'm cold More. So you think it will happen to me later? I'm not complaining and I've seen Hot Flashes in action and I hate for anyone having to go through that. God Bless you and I'll keep praying for relief. Thanks for always supporting me! I always need it!

    When you feel a hot flash coming, you could start working out real hard and fast and then you won't know the difference!
