Ah, life...

Today I logged back into Sparkpeople for about the third day in a row. Folks, I am tired.

When I first found Spark, I found a great measure of success in getting back in shape. I was excited, enthused so doggone happy that I finally found the answer to my struggle with weight. But, Spark, like any other program, will only work for you if you work for it.

I stayed on track for a long time, then things in life started taking over my focus and guess what? I had failed. Failed at my weight loss/getting fit goals. Now, I am struggling once again with all my weight back and if I don't change something, more weight will find it's way to my belly.

I started the group 'The Deb-U-Tauts' a long time ago; it was a fun group - for awhile and then one by one, we drifted away from the group. I am not sure what happened to each one. I don't know if they met their goals and moved on or if they were like me- and they're still floating around wishing they were skinny.

I have 'revamped' the group- changed the requirements now. Back in the day, I thought it'd be cool to all have the same name in the group- but that idea soon lost it's appeal... it really was silly, I guess, anyway. I hope more folks will join the group now and really get motivated again!
