A Little Walking and A Little Praising

Saturday, June 02, 2012

Got up early and walked. It was simply beautiful! There were some faces I remember, but to my surprise there were a lot more faces that I have never seem and that's a good thing. People taking charge of their on health! Walking Works People! There were runners too. I'll join you one day. ;) Saw my cousin getting her walk on. You go Kriste!

It was so cool and pleasant this morning.

I did jog a little b/c I'm trying hard to get that HR up.

While as I was listen to Fred Hammond's "They That Wait" I heard him say so clearly to me, "they will run and not grow weary" so guess what . . . . you got it
I ran up the hill. I did not look at the distance that I needed to go. I just look at the ground and repeated I can do all thing b/c of Christ! I was awesome.

Afterwards I was breathing like no bodies business, but I did it and I did not care who was watching! Wow, I am really growing stronger.

Isaiah 40:31 But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Making this my own!
Because my hope is in the LORD HE will renew my strength. I will soar on wings like eagles. I will run and not grow weary. I will walk and not faint.

This is a promise from the Lord God and I want every promise that HE has for me. Thank You LORD for the sending Your Word to me. Thank You God that the table has been set for me and I want all that you have to give!

I have declared that JUNE is all about possibility! I walk in the favor of God and man.

Praise God from whom a favor and blessings flow!
