Here's a list of some great veggies and fruits to try under each color category:

Red (contains lycopene):
Veggies: Tomatoes, beets, radishes, rhubarb, radicchio, red bell peppers
Fruits: cherries, cranberries, strawberries, raspberries, pink grapefruit, red pears, apples grapes

Orange/Yellow (contains beta-carotine, vitamin C)
Veggies: yello beets, butternut squash, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, yellow bell peppers, yellow squash, yellow tomatoes
Fruits: oranges, apricots, cantaloupe, lemon, mango, peaches, pineapple, papaya

Green (contains beta carotine, lutein):
Veggies: avocado, asparagus, broccoli, brussels sprouts, green beans, cucumbers, zucchini, green bell peppers, spinach, snap peas, celery
Fruits: pears, green apples, kiwi

Blue/Purple (contains flavonoids)
Veggies; eggplant, purple cabbage, purple peppers, purple asparagus, purple-fleshed sweet potatoes
Fruits: blueberries, blackberries, plums, raisins, purple grapes

White/Tan (contains flavanoids)
Veggies: cauliflower, turnips, onions, mushrooms, potatoes, jerusalem artichokes, garlic
Fruits: bananas
