That's progress. I'm feeling positive.

My week, calorie-wise, was stellar until Thursday. Usually, when I exceed my calorie limit, it is due to a lack of meal planning. On Thursday and Friday I was within my limits and decided to go over. Grades are due on Monday and I was feeling the pressure.

Before SP, a 'binge' would have meant more than 300 calories. That is progress, so I'm still feeling positive.

    You are doing great!

    My goal for June is track every day and stay within my calorie limit...which I think I already blew for yesterday. I need to stop "visiting" and go back and finish entering. Time to self correct!
