May Loss & June Goals

Hey all! Quick update. I have been consistently working out since mid-April. I started with about 20-25 min on the elliptical 3x's a week, and walking just over 2 miles, twice a week. Now I'm up to 35 min on the elliptical and over 4.5 miles twice a week. I'm doing some interval work on the elliptical, but I think I'm ready to step it up. Also, really need to start adding some ST.
I lost 8 lbs in April and 5 in May, so 13 lbs since I added consistent workouts!
I have the following goals for the month of June.
~ Add ST 3x's a week
~Improve intervals on elliptical
~track food intake
~drink MORE water!!!
~do 1000 min of fitness!!! :)
