My One Month Challenge (The Tape Measure Doesn't Lie)

Yesterday ended roughly and today was equally difficult, topped off by a lunch that became a full on binge (easily topping the 2000-3000 calorie mark in one sitting...yikes!). It is ridiculous, because I have been so frustrated with my weight not budging, but I know that I really haven't been doing that great with my eating, so of course my weight isn't going anywhere! Thus I was inspired to try something, to see if these meds have helped to get my body going again, and to see if I can in fact begin to really lose weight. Thus my one month challenge! Now obviously since I thought of this today it won't technically be all of June, but I am ok with that. The challenge is this: I will eat in range EVERY DAY for one solid month, continue with exercise the way that I have been, and just see what happens. I know that even if my thyroid is still messing with things and I don't lose very much, I will feel better regardless, but if my thyroid is leveling off then I should make more progress. We shall see.
I am excited about the challenge! I talked with my mom about it and she is going to help me to stay accountable and I plan to use you guys for all of the encouragement, accountability, and kicks in the pants that a girl could need.
Honestly, this is kind of humiliating, but I need to face the truth and I know that even if my weight doesn't change, if my body is changing than the tape measure will not lie. So I am choosing to face where I am right now, here we go!!
Starting weight: 207
Waist (at belly button): 46.5"
Right Bicep: 17"
Right Thigh: 28.75"
Right Calf: 16.75"
*continues to cringe*
It is time to make a change, I can't live like this anymore.
