Not a pretty day in my world today. I mean it wasn't awful but both kids were up at 5:30am after only 9 hours of sleep and I was not in a Godly frame of mind to deal with it.

I broke out the emergency coffee (and yes it may be emotional eating lol but a cup of coffee worked wonders for me today!).

Breakfast was my multigrain cereal with berries and a cup of kefir again - wonderful and guess what?! I got a picture!!


Lunch was also standard fare, veggie burger patty, cheese, ketchup, and watermelon.

Dinner was different, was once again planning on grilling chicken with veggies, but my dear husband (who is so supportive and wonderful through all this) really wanted pizza. So we stopped at papa murphy's on our way home from Whole Foods (my happy place) and got a pepperoni pizza to which I added lots of veggies, particularly my two slices.

And yes, I ate 2 slices of pizza tonight.

But then I went and busted my butt! :) It was worth it and now after workout snack will be kefir and watermelon!!
