Confession Time

Friday, June 01, 2012

Ok, so here I am, back at almost 300 lbs, I'm back on a plan and losing again but I put back almost 75% of the weight I had lost.

How you may ask? Well, I guess we all know the reason, ate too much, exercised to little or none. Its been a rough couple of years.

A lot has gone on, in the past 2 years, I have been married, widowed, unemployed, reemployed, and lost 2 houses due to foreclosure in the process of it all. I just couldn't hold it together and resorted to old habits to "fix" the pain. I knew I was gaining, I hated that I was but just felt totally powerless to stop and do the right thing.

I did it before, I can do it again. I can, I can, I can...........

Welcome back! Last couple years have been difficult for me as well. Spark people made the differance for me. I love the exercise. No. I have not been drinking lol, It is my go to in replacement of food. It works but takes time. You will find your happy place again.
