the month of may update

hello friends! today is a new months,well stating last month i was 201lbs well i got down to 196lbs 3 weeks ago, i fell into not being mindful of my food choices and fall off, but i got back on and last week i was 200lbs, i been doing more weight training this week so the scale is a bit up,
202lbs, but i am going to work hard this month to lose my gained pound i gained last month,
failure is only possible if you give up, and i am not giving up on me,
well next month i am going to have something to show for all my hard work, i got a video coming up on July 1st on you tube, its a summer goal that i decided to do, and i will get there. well have a wonderful stress free month!
