Hello June!

Dear June,
You and I are going to go so well together this year! I am bubbling over with excitement for you! I also have a few expectations and goals that I hope to meet this month. I'm going to try blogging about it all to see if that keeps me more motivated and accountable. I suppose I should work on getting some more friends to make this really work. All in good time I guess!

GOALS:
1. Make Spark People a part of my everyday routine
2. Four workouts per week, at least 10 minutes of moving a day, 450 Fitness Minutes total
3. No deep fried foods
4. Live within my budget

You know, nothing too lofty (hahaha) All of these are pushing myself, but I have a good feeling about you June!
