Exercise and food intake - both need to be in balance...

It was an excessive day for exercise, and while food choices were Paleo, quantities seem large looking back on things.
Makes sense - the more you exercise, the hungrier you get.
The best news is while weight has not been dropping as fast as I would like, clothes are down another size!
