I re-read some of the Simple Diet last night. I'm going to add an extra entree every 3rd day. I think I'm not getting enough calories. We'll see how it goes.
I walked a mile before work and 2 when I got home. After choir practice, I talked to a couple of members and we agreed to meet to walk on Saturday mornings. Hope we don't spend the time talking and not get our heart rates up!
The theme for June in my Devotions for Dieters is Hope. It states " as we fight to lose weight, hope needs to be one of our closest companions." I'm hoping for an even more successful month of dieting!
