Help me think of a reward for day 30! : )

So as i will have all this extra money (80-120$ every two weeks depending on how much i smoke a day) im trying to think of a really nice gift to myself for making it 30 days! So ill have about 100bucks to blow and i think ill treat myself to a nice dinner at my all time fav resturant which is red lobster and it always cost me like 50$ due to all my crab legs lol cuz i get the good ones and there 10 bucks to add and order to ur meal and i always get two now i need to think of something else to do with my other 50$ i even thought about getting whitting strips for my teeth due to the fact that there kinda yellow so maybe the two hour strips get it all done in one step or at least the ones that do it in a week....hummm...dont know i know i really want the red lobster tho lol havent been in a year! So what would you do with 50-75$ that is just to buy your self something you want???? I was also thinking of that wen hair care...that might be nice to try

    I love Red Lobster too!! My favorite chain restaurant!! The whiting strips are an excellent idea as well. For treats I like to buy healthy cookbooks, scented candles, music CDs, a charm, kitchen gadget, Bath & Body Work products, etc.

    yes marlbors cost 60 bucks a carton and i smoke a carton a week if im broke ill buy the cheap kind for 40 bucks a carton...soooooooo sad so happy i will never have to go waste money like that again! now i can get me a pass to the local y and still have lots of extra cash every month to buy cute work out clothes or what ever lol might even get a little girly and get my nails done since i have never had them done!@ and i checked on the cals for the crab legs and since u only get two legs and i get two orders for four legs its only 180 cals! and butter on crab is sick i never dip it in butter so no cals with that

    I'd get a new hula hoop and yeah go out to dinner with a friend. But consider the calories and maybe only get one order of the crab legs with it. If you've been cutting calories, that is a lot of food at once.

    Holy crap, smoking costs you like $100 every two weeks? That's a lot.

    Iv been wanting to go to reb lobster for 6 months and just havent had the money due to me smoking it up lol i havent been there for over a year and i know its not good to reward with food but im soooooo going lol thats why i wanted to reward myself with something also non food related to heart rate moniter is a good idea!

    It's best to not reward yourself with food. It sets up a poor cycle of deprivation/food reward. I would suggest a pedicure, new clothes, new shoes, those white strips, or other non-food items.

    A heart rate monitor would be a SUPER reward - it will help you more accurately track your calories burned.
