    You're doing great! 1.5 miles instead of 1 is a big diff. :) I wish I could NOT focus on the scale. It's bugging me. Down a lb, up that lb.. down that lb, up that lb.. for two weeks the same pound up and down. GRR! I should be losing at least a pound a week. Hrm.
