You're doing amazing! Try not to be too hard on yourself. You are taking a HUGE step to better your life, and you have to do that one step at a time. You can do this! You ARE doing this! I agree with the other poster, maybe head to the store and load up on the low cal things, fruits and veggies, then you can munch and not have a lot of repercussions if that is what you are concerned about.

Go to the store, buy some healthy fruits/veggies that will make your body smile. If you don't have to work this weekend, start chopping to keep your hands busy and enjoy the moment of the anticipation of putting that wet, cold healthy food in your mouth and make it a mission! You can do this, don't beat yourself up so much. We're all human and the next time you feel like splurging on junk, remind yourself that you already did that today and you should hold off for a while. It's all about forming new habits. :)
