New Start. Days 1&2 recap.

I looked back at my calendar (I write in my weigh in stats) and December 2011 I was 163 lbs. I ate terribly over Memorial Day weekend and weigh in on Tuesday morning at 162 pounds. EEEK., Ok so I haven’t gained but I’ve been putting in a lot of workouts and not seeing the progress I would like. I did hit 156 lbs in March but that was literally one weigh in and then I was right back up to 158-160.
So I’m re-dedicating myself to logging my calories. I tried to get away from this for a long time (and obviously I know how to maintain) but I lost my first 50 lbs tracking calories so I know its effective and I mentally need to pull the reins on myself a little bit.
I plan on blogging every couple days to hold myself accountable
Workout: Turbofire fire starter class. Back/Biceps ST
