It's been a while since I have made an entry. Memorial weekend was a little difficult on the food end of things and on Tuesday's weigh in, I put 2# back. I still feel good though and I beleive I am losing inches yet, so maybe some of it is muscle weight..... I hope.
Donna has been getting me ready for the big 5K which is 9 days away. We're doing 4:1 run to walk and I'm getting through it, but not without really having to concentrate on my breathing. I am really sweating. We've also thrown some weights into the core workout and doing some tri's and bi's, which is kind of fun.
