No pictures yet, sorry. I'll take one of dinner :)
I found this great picture this morning on Pinterest, it really sums up how I'm treating food today.
Breakfast this morning was a cup of Kefir

and a bowl of my homemade multigrain hot cereal with strawberries (I should've taken a picture of that! I promise to next time!)
Lunch was another veggie burger (see post from yesterday) without the bun. I also had a hardboiled egg and watermelon.
Tonight's planned dinner is grilled chicken breast with green beans, salad and brown rice pilaf. I will take a picture of dinner and post it later :)
Edit: I guess it's true that God laughs when we make plans lol!!! Tonight we took the boys up to the formalwear shop to pick up their tuxes (they are ringbearers in a friends wedding on Sunday) and we left Fort Carson at 4:30pm. We got home three hours later.
I don't say this often but it was hell.
So, dinner as planned got scrapped tonight. Instead we hit Burger King and I got the new chicken, apples and cranberry salad. Came home and took off all the blue cheese crumbles, ditched the salad dressing pack (210 calories for Apple Cider Vinagrette!?!) and calculated all the changes according to the BK website. It wasn't too bad once I put my favorite salad dressing on it :)
So no picture of dinner, my apologies. After fighting with JJ for over and hour to get him into bed, I'm bruised and sore (autism parenting is not easy) and have decided to skip my workout tonight, all I want is a hot bath and a glass of wine. A bath and bedtime will have to suffice!
