Day 80

I'm feeling much more energized and find that I look forward to exercising. I'm keeping weights in my home office so I can pick them up and do a quick set between calls.

80 jumping jacks (0)
20 lunges (10/leg)
25 squats (0)
20 sit ups (x3)
10 push-ups (x0)
60 second wall sit (x2)
60 second plank. (x0)

I used the weights today. I did tricep presses, curls and over the head thingys to work shoulder and another one where you dip the weight behind your head. Don't remember what they're called.
