TOPS vs WW

Ok so I figured by the way me clothes are fitting that the scale at TOPS was not correct. And last week I found out just how "off" it was. At WW I was up almost 11 lbs. I am back to withing 10 lbs of where I started in 2004. This is not not not acceptable.
So this week I lost 6.8 lbs. Now I know this is just the first week rush of a lot of weight. (been at this too long to figure I can keep doing that kind of number-LOL) I hope that next week I can lose maybe 1/2 of that again. Just need to keep trying.
At this point I am going to give WW 3 months and see what happens. I think I do like the structure of it. And face it after all this time with TOPS I do know what is good for me body and what is not. yes I could eat at McDonalds and use all my points in one meal, but I know that is not how it is suppose to work.
Don't get me wrong I am not putting down TOPS it has worked for a lot of people, and in the beginning it worked for me. I just need something with a little more structure at this point.
