Back to Sparkpeople

Thursday, May 31, 2012

Well, I'm back with Sparkpeople again. I've dropped Weight Watchers. I was tired of spending the money just for weigh ins. The info was great! And I did love the meetings but the info was the same that I've heard since 2007. I know what I need to do. I just need to do it!

So, I dropped the subscription and I'm back to SP. I reset my goals and redid my calculations, etc. It's at a good time too. Still plenty of time to get to 200 lbs. by the end of this year. It's like coming home. I love SP and never stopped checking the boards, etc. It's an awesome site with great members!

I'm wishing you all a great day! Do the very best you can today to stay within range and feel good.

Wlcome back, emoticon ---you got to feel comfortable with a journey and spark people does ge us much info for free. I'll bet a scale or new scale will cost less then running to WW to be weighed, just saying---but really know nothing about their program.
