Exercise/time: Walked 2 miles/34 minutes; played an instrument for 40 minutes

I did not want to get up this morning to walk. However, I did and walked 2 miles. I feel great!!!

    Great idea to get dressed. Because usually once I get to that point I have decided it is worth it!

    Good job! One trick I use when I don't feel like working out in the morning is that I decide whether or not I'm going ONLY AFTER I'm all dressed up. If I'm ready to go and still don't feel like going is because my body is really tired. 99.9% of the time is just laziness so I end up going and feeling great afterwards! emoticon

    You're welcome re goodie! I always feel better once I've gotten up and done something, too. It's best to do my workouts early before my brain has time to start thinking of excuses! Can you believe you've been at it for three consistent weeks? emoticon
