wheel as stingy as my weight loss!!!

LOL - i spin and two seems to be the default on the spark wheel!! weighed in yesterday and was UP .5 - so basically stayed the same.!!! both are pretty 'SLIM' pickins if you'll pardon a dumb pun.
i did half the 5 kilometre walk for 'KIDS HELP LINE' yesterday - that' s all i could manage - the old hip just did not want to be nice to me. big black clouds were rolling in too - we really do need rain - but it held out. i walked with a lady who has MS and she did very well too - we both had to call it a day at the half way mark.
but this morning i was up on the scale - i am sure it will eventually come down - but it is so annoying. i still cannot get into a ton of summer clothes i have - and i am not buying anything. so MOO MOOS or CAFTANS - are the order of the day, and stretchy pedal pushers or capris -
so all of you have a nice day - i am off to GRILL MY ARTICHOKES - no no no - i really mean artichokes!!!! LOL emoticon

I had to chuckle when I saw the title of this blog. there are days I get so frustrated by the SP wheel because I spin 2 and 3 (it's only spark points, Pat!) and then other days I'm spinning 20 + 25. And, yes, the scale can be annoying! For me, personally, I know when I've gone off track and am not surprised when the scale is up. I used to be very obsessed with my scale but we get along much better now emoticon

I've been spinning a lot of threes lately. Even my bonus spins don't usually go above seven. I know how you feel on the weight loss, too. I've been working out since February and yet I've only lost about three pounds Every time I get into this range, it goes back up.

But, we are both still trying. That's what counts. Just keep on moving!
