Hey Hey Hey Bye Bye -16Lbs

I went to the doctor on Tuesday. I knew I had lost some weight because I could feel it when I did activities. However when the scale showed that I had lost 16Lbs in one month. It was like wow I did that. The thing was that I was human about eating. I did not deprive myself of foods; I ate some chocolate and ate at a fastfood restaurant. Not everyday but when the urge was too much I indulged responsibly. I knew when to say when, and that comes from listening to what my body is trying to tell me. My one year anniversary date for becoming a member of sparkpeople is coming up in late summer. I started off at 485lbs. Now I am down to 403lbs. I know that I can reach that 100lbs milestone in one year. Na Na Na, Na Na Na. Hey Hey, Good Bye to 16lbs. You will not be missed.
