lacking ..

Ok so I havn't been on in days and feeling a bit guilty, I have how ever kicked the gyms toosh this week and have pre booked all my classes for the next two weeks so I'll be forced to do it even if I get a case of "can't be bothereditis!"
Ususally weigh myself on a Friday but got carried away and weighed myself today and lost a grand total of .... NOTHING!!! ouch! On the bright side I must have lost some inches, last month I managed 17.5 over all can't wait to see next weeks results!
I've also discovered this new craze which to be fair I'm not 100% sure works yet as I'm doing it along side everything else but it's worth mentioning, there called the toning beds, sorta looks like a torture chamber, but basically it's big mechanical beds that shake you round whilst you work against them. only £3 a shot and you do roughly an hour and a halfish. It's not really that hard but claims to loose inches rather than weight! Will have to stay tuned for the results! :)

    Way to plan ahead, I'm sure pre-scheduled classes helps keep you on track. Can't wait to hear more about the toning bed changing it up is always motivating.
