My biggest problem is self-control of what I'm eating. I think I've gotten better at practicing self-control. Enough so that I consciously recognize when I'm doing it, and I feel a sort of an accomplishment. It's little things here and there, it's a start, but it's still my biggest weakness.

I've yo-yo'd the past few weeks, regaining the pounds I lost during the week. Weekends in the summers are packed with events, which means an abundance of good food. They are the tests for my showing self-control. So far I've obviously failed.

    I hear you. Food is my biggest fo. Particularly junk food or any of those fun summer foods we love. I wish I had answers for you... its just tough. All I can do is to keep trying to stay away from the BIG BAD foods, those that I quickly overdose on, like a bag of chips or pretty much anything fried. If I smell something that makes me drool, its best to just run in the opposite direction. Good luck!
