The daily goal is this set x3:
10 push-ups
20 sit ups
80 jumping jacks
60 second wall sit
20 lunges (10 per leg)
60 second plank

For today:
10 push-ups (x2)
20 sit ups (x3)
80 jumping jacks
60 second wall sit (x2)
20 lunges (10 per leg) - did I mention I have lunges?
60 second plank - SOOOO not in shape enough for 60 seconds. Made it 3 seconds.
