Off the Wagon

Well I knew this day would happen and it took longer than I thought. I have fallin off the wagon. It's not as bad I thought. I still like to do my healthy things. Healthy meals. But I haven't been to the gym since saturday. I've started believe my excuses for not going. I have found that eight cups of water is hard to do with this new schedule and I started drinking caffine which I haven't done in two years. I've also noticed un healthy snacking. I need to eat a snack daily but a healthy one. This week is crazy and I know it's and excuse but after this week (working 40+ hours and directing a girl scout day camp) but after this week its time to make some changes for good.
So new goals for next month, well a reminder I need to start drinking more water. And most of all I need to do more fitness. I think I am gonna change my tracker to fitness for next month so It can be more vizual I debate how much I want to start with. I figure 30 min a day is good and that is 600 which I don't do or do I do 700 and push myself? I
