Hang in there and don't give up. Here are some things that should help :)
1. Log everything you put into your mouth -- logit on sparkspeople (liquids too.) 2. Remember your body is going through a change, it wants those former chemicals so I'm guessing that there are chemical things going on in your body -- think "this too shall pass." 3. Give it some time. 4. Check out the McDougal diet or pcrm.org (these kinds of diets just seem to make the weight fall right off -- I know first hand from my own experience and the experiences of others.) Those diets are totally free. 5. Remember you are doing something SO good for yourself. Reward yourself with your FAVORITE expensive fruit that you never buy because it costs too much. Trader joes may have these dried fruits - dried blueberries -- enjoy. 6. As soon as the weight starts dropping, let everybody know on your blog - and how you overcame it -- what did you do that helped - make the list -- then next time that the same thing happens, you will be able to look back and see how you overcame before. :) 2731 days ago
