After my overly excited blog last week about my LOVE for LiveFit...I fell off the wagon
It wasn't intentional but I had a lot going on at home with family and with very little sleep I just didn't have it in me to get up at 5:15am and go to the Y.
I missed my day 33, 34 (35 was a rest day but I ran 3 slow hot miles) and 36.
I was so bummed about being so far behind! I toyed with the idea of skipping those days and starting today which was day 37 but I decided to bounce back up and get to the Y early and get as much done as I could. I completed day 33 and day 36 and hope to complete days 35 and 37 tomorrow, or maybe I will do legs (day 35) when I get home. I thought today was Monday after being off yesterday so I was thinking I was somewhat back on track but realized I am behind more that I thought!
MAN! It is so hard to try and catch back up after sliding! I probably didn't eat the best on Friday but the rest of my food choices were better.
I am going to try and pick up my marathon training plan this week as well. It may be too much but I need to train properly for the races I have in the fall.
I cut WAY back on my schedule so the races I end up doing need to seriously count!! After last season's marathon flops, I need to hit a big PR this fall!
On a different note, I am also changing my hair color(s)! I need a change. I have been getting the same highlights for years now! OH!!! And get this! My DH JUST told me that he didn't like my hair short...Um....It was short for almost 4 YEARS! LOL!
