It's getting easier

It always amazes me how hard it is to start a diet and stick with it. It's just so difficult to break those bad eating habits we get into. But, once we do, it starts getting easier. We start developing better eating habits. The change may be gradual at first, but it keeps getting easier and easier. Then we start getting getting more active. And you start wanting to exercise. I find myself looking forward to my next ride after I just finished my current ride. This seems to be especially true if I ride hard and really exert myself. I can't explain it, but it happens. And I'm really looking forward to my ride tonight. :)
