Just Blogging to Keep in Shape

I am blogging to stay on track. I have not messed up so far today. I don't plan on messing up later. It is night time that is the roughest. I have not lost any weight, but I have not lost hope. I will keep on working.

    I too blogg so that I can stay on track. I have several things that I do each day so that I will keep a promise to myself and to help keep me honest. These are the three things that I do: 1. I walk each day, even if it's a short distance to the corner and back, 2. I blogg, it helps me feel better about myself, and 3. I write down everything that I eat even if it shows that I ate more than I should. These things help to keep me honest and committed to my new lifestyle change. I want to become a healthier and trimmer ME.

    Sometimes I feel that if we give ourselves a ritual to follow it helps make it easier to stay on track. Keep up the good work.
