day-9 keeping on

wow, 9 days of blogging in a row. That's quite an accomplishment for me. Not much to blog about today. Its week 3 day 2 of c25k. So far I'm really liking it, I've always pictured myself as a runner but never knew away to ease myself into it until now. I think I'm gonna add in an arm toning workout too.
