Day 77

So yesterday I did 20 sit ups and 10 push-ups. The ultimate goal is to do 3 sets of the following:

10 push-ups
20 sit ups
80 jumping jacks
60 second wall sit
20 lunges (10 per leg)
60 second plank

I posted this list on my dresser late yesterday so I look at it many times a day. When I get dressed in the morning, passing through the bedroom, going to bed at night, etc. (OK. Not etc., really just those times I listed. LOL.)

It's a short list so I feel that it's not overwhelming. Like reading it actually translates into "I can do one thing." So just like I did with changing my eating, I'm changing my moving. When I look at the list I stop and do one thing. So far so good. It won't be long until we all know what I like doing and what I'm not too keen on.

So today I did:
20 crunches (x2)
60 second wall sit (x1)
10 push-ups (x1)
I tried that plank. UGH! Not yet!
