I'm having a great weekend around the house. I was going to skip my walk on Sunday but got out there anyway! Today, I got a walk in before the rain and now its quit so I hope to get another in this afternoon. I've had BBQ ribs, lobster and a couple of Miller 64's this weekend and still lost weight. Who knew it could be like this! All about healthy recipes, meal planning, portion control, and exercise! I continue to be amazed by this process.
