So yesterday went well! I got my 2 mile workout in right away, and then spent the day doing some things around the house getting ready for my parent's company.

Then we had a cookout! I am so proud of myself I didn't over snack during the appetizers and instead of reaching for the chips...i reached for the cut peppers I put out :)

Today I hope to get 2 miles in again! And I have to run and get some things for the cookout tonight again...this time with Gram!

Breakfast: Raspberries, Blueberries and Banana
Lunch: Not sure yet!
Dinner: Turkey Burger, Corn on the Cob, and some Feta cheese!

Getting excited :)
