Ok, so over eager I am

I'm so sore from my weight workout last week and my 100 yesterday that I'm feeling like I bit off more than I can chew. Figured sure I've not worked out in 13 wks but it shouldn't be that bad, oops did I under estimate that one. So now I'm sore and achy every where. Generally I'm not one to complain but when it hurts to sit down to use the restroom or to sit on the couch or the bed its too much. So now I'm cramming protein, water and ibuproven to help elevate my discomfort. I'm also scaling my workouts back.
Starting tomorrow I will be doing cardio every day with things like jumping jacks, crunches, push-ups, lunges and squats mixed in in small quantities. Once I return from being on the road with my sweety I will build back into my weight lifting/toning exercises.
Off to my nieces b-day dinner, cake and all.
