Whats the difference between this week and next week?

So I decided that I need to start giving myself that little push. I've been saving this pictures from facebook, and decided that it was time I did something with this. I decided to use a picture to help keep me going and get though this one. So today I'm planning for one week.
All i'm asking myself is to keep going for one week. If I can do it for one week then I can add more time as I go, but right now I just need little mini goal to get this jump start.
So this week I will plan to drink 1 gallon of water a day,
work out at least 6 days a week... (even a half hour walk on lunch time will count)
and watch my food intake
I have trouble tracking my food so once I make it though some stuff I know that tracking is one area I NEED to work on, but lets not throw to much on my plate at first.
So here to a new week.
A new me
and hopefully a new outlook
