Goal Met anyways

I was a couple weeks ahead of schedule on my goal weight of 228 by the 31st. so I was gonna see how much more I could lose by then, but my work got totally out of hand and ended up not being able to exercise during the rest of the time and even tho I thought I was eating right I evidently wasn't. I gained back 2 pounds which put me at 230. I was very upset but I knew it was just a snag. I dont know how I did it because my work is still very crazy and I still couldnt exercise this last week but I'm back down to the 228. Thank Goodness. I'm setting my next goal for July 31st and want to lose another 8-10 lbs. So we will see how I do. I cant get this eating/exercising down with my work schedule when its all over the board. Somedays I work a store in the morning and at night then there are days I work them in the morning or at night. (I do inventory for a living so I'm at a 24/7 job.) I make my own food/snacks and take them with me. I dont eat out at all. I bring my water. Its got to be the lack of sleep somedays and the no exercising. If anyone can give me some suggestions I would really appreciate it. There are days I have maybe a couple hours in between stores, I may have already worked 8 hrs that morning then have to go to another store that night. Those are the days that kill me plus the travel to get to them. But hey I made my goal for the last couple months. Gotta keep going. Have a long way to go. emoticon

    You must be doing something right and somehow or another are meetimg your goals. Good for you to get lunches and snacks prepared ahead of time. emoticon emoticon
