My juicing experiment is still going strong and I'm finally losing weight! However, I'm not eating enough although I'm very proud to say that all my choices have been super healthy and nutritious and I haven't touched the bad stuff in a while. Recent and rather unexpected developments in my personal life are to blame for my lack of appetite. I'm feeling anxious but happy. I finished the C25K program so my plan now is to move on to a 10k training program since I signed up for a 10k in August. Eek! I'm doing a 5k run in June and I'm thinking about signing up for another run in June as well, just for fun.
