Starting to do more running at 5.5 - 6 MPH to try and prepare for the 5K coming up in a couple weeks. We also are doing 3 sets of core exercises. Feel good today. Sleeping much sounder too because it's hard to wake up at 5AM to go into the gym and I'm not having to get up at 2-3AM for bathroom break.
Memorial Day weekend coming up, so going to stay focused on intake of food, so I don't wreck the gains that I've been able to make.
